Resumen
Desde 1985 (Ley del Patrimonio Histórico Español), existe un estrecho vínculo entre la tutela del Patrimonio Histórico y los instrumentos de ordenación urbanística. La nueva Ley del Patrimonio Histórico de Andalucía (2007) ha profundizado en esta materia, incorporando nuevos retos como la "contaminación visual". El artículo analiza los principales contenidos urbanísticos de la Ley andaluza.

Abstract
From 1985 (when the Spanish Historical Heritage Law was established), a narrow link between the Cultural Heritage protection and the instruments of Town Planning it has been developed. The new andalusian law (Andalusian Historical Heritage Law 2007) has penetrated into this matter, incorporating new challenges as the “visual pollution”. The article analyzes the principal urban contents of the Andalusian Law.
